Our tips for practicing sports even on vacation

Summer has arrived and with it a lot of restaurants, parties and aperitifs. But also the little sins that are ice and lazy, yet it is good to keep a minimum sports rhythm while combining rest and pleasure.

So how to succeed to practice sport on vacation in the heat, without motivation and without getting tired.

It is better to do your sport in the morning in the cool between 8h and 9h, but especially not later than 10h otherwise you could suffer from the heat but also the places in which you could practice sport will quickly fill (examples: beach, park, etc) it becomes very quickly unbearable and you will not enjoy practicing your exercises.

We advise you to hydrate before and after. The ideal being to drink between 1 liter and 1 liter and a half of water the day before going to bed, your body will have been hydrated and you will not have the feeling of running without force or with the belly swollen with water. Once the session is over, think again to drink at least 1 liter of water.

It is best to perform your exercises fasting for more efficiency but especially to avoid the risk of heartburn in case of acidic meal. You can then enjoy some well-deserved fruits and cereals!

The ideal motivation is to practice sports between friends, so you can discuss and organize your day while practicing your sport. It is useless to look for performance, but to have fun to feel light for the rest of the day. Because if you finish leached and unfit for the rest of the day, it will not be a vacation anymore.

Regarding the exercises you can do we recommend: 30 minutes of cardio and 15 to 20 minutes of strengthening. Thus, you can both eliminate excess but also keep your body toned. You will find many smartphone apps that offer exercises. But keep in mind that this is not a competition and it must remain a pleasure.

Why play sports in the morning?

Because practicing physical activity releases hormones that energize the body and boost it much more effectively than any energy drink!

You can then have the leisure to enjoy your day of relaxation and your evening relaxed and without feeling guilty.
